Warm Clothing Collection
Spread Love and Warmth to those in need in our community through our Warm Clothing Collection. Drop off your donations of warm coats, clothing, shoes/boots, and accessories for kids and adults to Plymouth Church Brooklyn (75 Hicks Street, Brooklyn NY 11201) on Weekdays and Sundays between 10 AM - 4 PM.
Runs January 5 - January 24, 2025

Annual Community Toy Drive
Join us on December 14th from 9-12 at Borough Hall Greenmarket for our Annual Community Toy Drive!

Spread Love Brooklyn, Team TLC, and Plymouth Church are organizing a Warm Coat and Clothing Collection to spread love and warmth to asylum-seekers and migrants (as well as others who may be in need).
Please Drop Off Donations for Men, Women, and Children:
Winter Coats (puffy preferred)
Sweaters/Sweatshirts
Warm Accessories (Hats, Gloves, Mittens, Scarves)
Pants (Jeans and Sweatpants, Leggings)
Winter Boots
Sneakers/Sturdy Shoes (no dress shoes)
New (in package) Underwear (all sizes, genders)
(All items must be Dignity-Checked - washed, or new, no rips, tears, etc.)

Virtual Back-to-School Supply Drive
Please help us ensure kids in District 33 have the supplies they need to thrive during the 2024-2025 School Year by donating supplies through our Amazon Wish List by August 20.
All supplies will be delivered directly to, and distributed by Council Member Lincoln Restler and Team to kids in schools with the highest need in our community.

Spread joy this holiday season! Donate an unwrapped new or unused toy or book to our Community Toy Drive, benefitting children in need in our community!

Warm Clothing Collection Drive
Please join us at Plymouth Church on Nov. 19 from 12-3 p.m. to spread love as we support asylum-seekers and migrants in need in our community. Donate your washed and gently-used, or new, warm clothing items for men, women, and children!
We are accepting coats (puffy preferred), jackets, warm-weather accessories, pants, shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, boots, and sneakers. Underwear and socks must be NEW, in-package.

Back to School - Backpack Drive
Please help kids in our community living in public housing developments start the school off right by donating new or gently-used backpacks to:
Councilmember Lincoln Restler’s Office: 410 Atlantic Avenue (Monday to Thursday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM)
or Assembly Member Emily Gallagher’s Greenpoint Office: 685a Manhattan Avenue (Monday to Thursday from 10:30AM to 6:30PM, or Friday from 10:30AM to 1:00PM)

Please help us support CHiPS, who has been working tirelessly to provide food for newly-arrived migrant families in need in our community. P.S.8 Families can drop off food during school hours any day next week. Thank you!

Past Event: Warm Clothing Drive for Migrants/Asylum-Seekers
Hundreds of migrants/asylum-seekers arrive daily, without warm clothing, food, or basic necessities. Help us give them a warm welcome by donating warm clothing at our Clothing Drive on Sunday, Jan. 29, from 10-1, at 101 Clinton Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201.

Community Back to School (Supply) Drive - August 20th from 9am - 12pm at Borough Hall. Please bring your donations of unused/new backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, markers, etc. as we collect supplies for our kids to go back to school!
